The windows are beautiful. The installation was quick and efficient, and they cleaned up all the mess. But the best part was when we got our first power bill after the installation. We were spending way too much money on power because we had little to no insulation (around $350 per month,  more in the summer). I just received the August bill,  and it was $120. I knew we'd save a little money. I just couldn't imagine how much.

I contacted three window companies for estimates to replace my 17 windows and I am certainly glad that The Window Source of the Carolinas was one of them.  My experience was top notch from my initial meeting with Greg, the owner, customer service and scheduling with Chastity and one of the best crews I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Gabriel and crew were polite, professional and quality focused.  The finished installation is beautiful (completed in one business day), the cleanup was perfect and the overall experience made payment almost pain free.  If you need quality windows, a fair cost, great customer service and an installation crew that will confirm you made the right choice, look no further.  Great job all and thank you Gabriel! They were AMAZING from calling and getting a quote, to the demo, kept me informed on the progress of my windows, came out the NEXT DAY when completed to install. Chasity was great thru the entire process, answered or replied back immediately. Bruce was absolutely fantastic with installing the 6 new windows. Even though there was more work needed than initially planned, he did not complain and worked so hard to get it done. Thanks for the new windows!!
